Has anyone heard anything about these Coolermaster extreme 500/600 PSU's? Are they a ticking time bomb or ok for the avg PC?

i've got a 550w not sure if it's a extreme but it's been great it was in my main rig and i thought i blew it up but it was a loose case screw that got stuck in the fan(moved house and the pc got turned upside down) apart from that it's been spot on

All you need to know about the coolermaster PSUs is, Extreme series are junk....real power series is the one you should be going for.........
look at the price difference between them for a model of same wattage...it should give you an idea why...
