I was wondering if anyone here has had any problems getting updates on their rma's at OCZ.they had my powerstream there since 12-4-07.i have sent them two emails.the first one they requested the trouble ticket number.i sent them back a email with the trouble ticket number and the rma number.this was done last night.i even tried to join their forum and i havent even got a email back on activating my account.i hope someone from ocz could chime in and tell me what they have found or if they have shipped me another power supply.i just want a update :mad:

well,i called ocz,they had great news.they had shipped my new ps and gave me a tracking number.everything is resolved now and the rma guy was very helpful.thanks ocz.
