Mark,
I hope your new power supply doesn't disappoint you. I don't have any first hand knowledge of that particular power supply, but I can tell you that it is woefully under powered if you plan on using it with the hardware in your sig.
For the Expert board, a couple of hdd's and even a single high performance video card you should be looking at PSU's in the 500-600W range. When you start talking SLi you need to be looking in the 600-750W range, and you should be looking at high quality units recommended by users here at the Street.
There is a whole thread here dedicated to recommended power supplies. Please have a read if you haven't done so already.
Good luck.

Thanks for the advice. But I had to go with a Biostar Tforce 570 and FX-62.
I however used my Silverstone 400 with my first Expert build (for several years) and had zero problems. I imagine its because I am very careful to not overload my Power supplies.
Notice I use Laptop Hdds and DVDs, buth use MUCH less power than reg versions. Also I use 7600/8600GTS for GPUs, they require MUCH less power than throwing in a 8800.
I do agree if you are going to force the mobo to its limits or use X19xx or 8800 cards a more powerful PS is required.
One thing about this PS is it is BEAUTIFULLY built, the circuit board is actually slotted (vented) but its definitely not for 8800GTXs in SLI
(thanks for reminding me, I reset my sig)

Well I believe that even though your SilverStone PSU wasn't a high power one, it was a good one. Theoretically you could buy an expensive 400W PSU and have it perform better than a cheap 600W PSU. I am not saying go spend $150 on a 400W unit, you should get something stronger than that, but that's probably the reason you were able to get away with it.
