Hi. Am having problems (posted those in another thread) and so have been taking a closer look at my setup.
I have an FSP Blue Storm 500w AX500-A and have just noticed that there is no wire to the number 20 pinout. Research has revealed that this is the -5 VDC pinout.
What effect (if any) would this missing supply have on my DFI LP UT nF4 Ultra-D?

No effect on it, -5v was used on older motherboards/power supplies and is no longer part of the ATX specification.
