I like the skull. I would have done more of varying expressions all over the case.

The wiring job could be a bit cleaner as well.

tuk the wires away? there is no more room for me to cram in that little area, plus its not blocking airflow AND i dont have a window

Yeah, if you have no air circ problem and no window...however, two next mods could be a window and then getting some looming from SVC and a molex tool and wasteing about 4 hours LMAO
