i'm working on building my own case
i have only 1 problem
making a mobo tray. i need help with sizes and details of a mobo tray for mATX

Best way to make a mobo tray for case you are building is to cut one out of an old case and use it in your new case. Or you will just have to start measuring an old case and start building.

but i want to make my own alu tray
becouse some stuff needs to be custom made on it
modding a normal tray from an old case will give me more truble

Look at this motherboard tray:

I don't think every single screw is completely necessary. But if you want to do that anyway, the best way is probably to get four corners mounted and use a pen or perhaps one of those spring punch things they use to break glass, and transfer all the holes.

I agree though easest thing would simply be to measure out your MB and part or those of a exsisting removable tray. You can find just trays for Lan li or BIX cases.
