You have a OCZ GXS 700W PSU & only a pair of 6600GT's, you will never need a bigger or additional PSU!

If in doubt, do it!
Just perhaps do it with what you are replacing before trying on new expensive stuff...

I'd power my HDDs, optical drives, and "bling" with a secondary low wattage PS, but I'd be leery about powering any component (like cpu fans or watercooling) who's failure could fry my system.
At least that way, if the secondary PS dies on you (I've got a "cute" little 145w hidden in the basement for a similar project in the future...

) the worst that would happen is that your lights would go out &/or your Hdd will spool down.

Heh.....
I know that feeling.... my weekend WC build took a little longer than I anticipated and I just happened to notice that my initial OC testing had taken me up to 4 am! (Good thing I'm working nights this week)
Have a great day.

Sure you can use the 200w PSU as a secondary PSU. Just make sure to load the lines properly or the +12v will not work to spec. To turn it on with the primary PSU, you just need to connect the ON_PWR pin and a ground pin on the motherboard plug.
