Hi,
I recently set up my H2O but am growing tired of this Ultra Aluminum case. I hate the card slot area. Pretty much every hole is stripped! Its just too flimsy for me.
Do you guys have any good ideas for excellent watercooling cases ....without going overboard on price. 250$ tops.
thanks for any input.

I like this One - Cooler Master Stacker 830.

Nice!
I just don't know how I would mount my BIX II rad without blocking off the PSU exhaust. If you have any ideas I'd appreciated it.

Use a 4.25" bi-metal hole saw... makes things easy. If you don't want to do any cutting I think the stacker will work without any mods

Holy cow the Stacker looks humongous! Both very nice boxes. Looking at those two I don't care what they cost now.LOL I might get one and figure something out for the radiator tubing.

you could get a...

COOLER MASTER STC-T01-UW1 SILVER CM STACKER FULL TOWER CASE

and a....

DANGER DEN CM STACKER CASE BOTTOM RADIATOR ADAPTER

i LUV my stacker. nice and roomy! (the stacker 830 isn't as tall and roomy inside)

I just ordered the CM Stacker 830. I looked at the back and I think there's just enough space to drill 2 1" holes. It's a bit pricy though, in Canadian moolah. I hope I made a good choice... The case looked pretty solid.

I have a silver TT Armor case with the 25cm side fan on order. http://thermaltakeusa.com/product/Chassis/...r/va8003bws.asp It looks to be similar to the stacker.

just in case you haven't seen it, there is a review of the case over at hexus.net from earlier this week. thought you might like to read it while waiting for the case. while i still think you should have went for the STC-T01, the 830 should do you good.

Personally looking forward to grabbing one of these asap.

Yeah...cuz that'll be cheap.

Dunno if I could utilize that much space though honestly. I'd really like to get the Lian-Li 'cube' when it comes out, but it'll probably cost just as much.

Look at this picture I fitted a PA 120.3 in the bottom of my stacker with 120x38mm fans and just little modding. The Rad being on the bottom with the fans pulling brings cooled air from my floor into my case and keeps everything nice an cool. cool! i like it. big and roomy. you will probably need a regular size home A/C air filter in front of it to keep out dust, but it will be cool smile.gif whats up with the 80mm fan? someone on the design team got lazy at the 11th hour? and forgot to make it a 120mm fan.

Within the OP's price range, as long as he doesn't want the windowed version biggrin.gif

hmmmm... i would have thought that thing would weigh more than my stacker (~39lbs). but it doesn't (~36.5lbs).

Here's the full aluminum version @ only 19.9 lbs ohmy.gif
