Read the rules mate. You need to update your sig with your rig details.
After that we'll be able to help.

there we go... smile.gif

remove the clips on the top of the heatspreader. then get a small flathead screwdriver. put ur screwdriver in between heatspreader and memory ic... not the the pcb.. cuzz i damage a pair of rams scratching the pcb. pry from one side to the other slowly..

im a lil worried about using too much force :S
ridikolous
just take your time and work from one end to the other.. or u can just leave your heatspreader on..

You can also try heating the stick with a hairdryer to loosen the adhesive a bit.

got it off, hope the chips are ok ohmy.gif

on the ic's it says GEIL AMIS0445 GL3LC32G88TG-35
on one short side it says: 1.1 (revision?), and the other B6U808 which must be the PCB and i found out is from Brain Power and is goody goody!

i just would like to now if the IC's are any good. smile.gif
