Thats pretty good. I got my vgpu modded with the bios to 1.50 and the memory mod to 2.23. Its running @ 500/1280. Its pretty stable with 3dmark but it is not tested with any games because the SLI-DR systems its on is used for web browsing and d'loading.

yea.. the 1.5v mod doesnt do anything for me even on water with a load of 41C it actually got slightly worse ..
but the vmem mod worked great however i tuned it down to about 2.2V because i can get the same clocks pretty much... unfortunately 1300mhz crashed the system last night after a few hours of pwnage lol.
but right now ive got it dialed at 2.18V 12600mhz (looped 3dmark 2001 for hours) and ran aquamark3 , and looped 3dmark 2005 for 6 runs on each test so i think it's rock solid.
i can prob do about 2800 stableish but its not worth it over my rock solid clock right now.
i was rather impressed since before max was 1160mhz lol
