I was wondering if anyone knows how to shape plexiglass about 1/4 inch thick (thats about 4mm for you metric people) and have it bend at a 90 degree angle with a curved 1 inch radius for the bend. I would like to do this with as little imperfections as possible including burn marks. I was able to bend plexiglass at a 90 degree angle but could not control the radius of the bend and also burnt the material (it just darkened noticibly).
