I'd like to try adding cold cathode lighting to my case for the first time. I'm curious as to what color is best to use with my motherboard? Since the board is basicaly highlighted in yellow i'm thinking of sticking with whit lighting. Any thoughts? or pictures you can share with me?

UV light

UV would bring the colors really really bright and it would look amazing, but UV lights arn't very bright on their own (in my experiences), try a few UV lights or a UV and a blue light or something like that..

I bought 2 Blue Cold Cathodes from SVC recently, but I don't see any UV glow from the Motherboard. On newegg, the same product is listed as "UV Blue Cold Cathode Kit"

Anyone has a UV light that htey have good experience with and one that really is a UV light??

Uv and white both look great with DFI boards but id recommend UV.

Thats the one I got, it doesnt have "YV" written anywhere on it, but after looking at all of your pictures, thats kinda what my rig looks at night, when the only light is coming from the case.

Thats my case with one Cold Cathode on the top, and one on the bottom, both of them right next to the side panel.

The cable managment can do better, I know

Just get 100 cable ties (Zip ties) or so and just go crazy. Put the cables where they wont be seen through the side panel window, and where they won't be blocking airflow from fans. If you would like to see where the air is going in your case, take a match or something, light it, and blow it out so it makes smoke, and put it near the intake fans. Watch the smoke go all over in your case, and you can tell where there are deadspots where some cabling would be ok.
