Its not really a mod, but I decided to pop the keys off of my keyboard and rearange them... my keyboard now says "Ghost2520" across the row, and as soon as I get another keyboard to steal keys off of it will say "Ghost2520 Rocks!" on it. Anyone else done this?

why man thats funny tho if get alittle to confused

that would screw me up bigtime since i look at my keys when i type most of the time

yeah, me too. I don't look straight down at them, but I glance down every sentance or so to get an idea of where all the keys are. I am also a four finger typer. I type with only my idex and middle fingers of each hand. Considering the time I spend on my computer I could have some insane wpm's if I typed the right way.

My Mom is a hunt and peck typer. She could never use my computer if I did that...

I rarely look at the keyboard when I type. Usually when I'm typing something short (like now), I dont even bother pulling out the keyboard tray and just stick my hands under the desk to type.

I think it would be more fun to just switch a one or two commonly used keys. Then when you get someone that hunts and pecks, it drives them insane.

This has already crossed my mind... I can't wait to go to school tomorrow... Also my keyboard is already completely switched around... as the number pad on the right hand side of the keyboard has an E where the 2 is suppose to be because my home row now says "Ghost2520". I'm a pretty fast typer... I think about 60 words per minute without looking, I only look down for the F1-F12 buttons.

Switching the buttons at school was fun. Until we were told if we got caught doing it again we'd be droped from class. That put kind of a damper on things...

I won't switch to many buttons... just a couple of the common vowels, perhaps switch the O's, A's, and I's...
