I want to actually see this light in action is some ones case!

Ive herd the AMP usage on those is kinda high and they get hot. Personaily ill stay away from them.

3 leds? how can that create heat???? that and what do you mean amp usage? the unit the powers em has got to be less then what is used to power a ccfl, even with the add on that they mention for the 8 patern settings, im sure that is pretty mild in power usage as well, heck, im sure they even use less juice then a ccfl

that's just a clear tube with air puckets (impure), you could probablly make that easy enough your self for half the cost.
