Just had a strange idea and wondered if anyone has thought of it, seen it, or tried it. Has anyone ever thought of using a refridgrator as a case by screwing all your parts into and modding the outside to make it look pretty? tongue.gif

yes, it has been done before.. over at OCtools
They have done it before..

its not a bad idea at all either.. if you buy like a mini fridge or something wink.gif

I have thought about that several times but always lacked the capital to make my idea a reality.

but wont the moist destroy or damage the computer components and parts and isnt it damgerous with since the ps is in fridge also?

you can water proof the bord and stuff with the right chemicals

i think that the best idea to not risk too much is to watercool teh CPU and put the radiator in the freezer!!! cuz having the whole case in the friezer is pretty much useless because with a good air flow in the case the mobo is set... the problem is the CPU and GPU and with a freezer watercooled it will sure have lower temps then a air cooled in the freezer!!!

No, put the radiator in the fridge, if it is in the freezer, it will freeze the water, unless you put anitfreeze in it. BUt even then, the fridge part would be plenty.
