i was wondering if i could put some vibration pads on the fans in the P180. i found thease on newegg, and they are cheap enough to buy 4 120mm and 1 80mm. i was just wondering if they would work in that case since some cases attach their fans in some aquard way. thanks for help.

I personally do not think the silence pads are worth it. The P180 was mainly built to absorb any vibrations in the case, may it be from the PSU, to the fans to the side panels. I seriously is a waste.

The only main reason one would want to add these pads, is if there was a loud enough noise and you knew it was coming from the fan, but knowing the P180 personally I cannot see this happening unless there is something wrong with the fans.

I agree. Having owned this case, I can't convince myself that these things would make enough difference to justify their cost. If any of the fans are making noticeable noise, they should be replaced.

well what i did which helped, do u know how the hdd cages have those sound dampening silicon things? i just cut those in half where that notch is, and then i used it as a washed for my fans.
