I'm mounting a BIPROIII in a TT Armor case and plan to have the fans sticking out so I can't use the drive bay covers. This leaves me with a large gap areas on the side of the radiatior and a little on the top.
Was thinking of jamming something in there Mcgyver style like cardboard but that should be illegal in such a fine case as this. I was hoping I could get some advice and ideas on what my options could be.
I was thinking of getting some black colored metal cut out with laser cut skull&crossbones that would fit inside the drive bay area and around the BIPROIII, not sure how to go about getting that done professionaly.
Before you say do it yourself, please keep in mind I don't have a dremel tool, or any tools besides the basic screw drivers, etc. I don't really want to buy a bunch of tools I will probably only use once, I'd rather pay 1/2 of the cost of all the tools necs. but have insurance it's done right.
At this point, I'm just open to any ideas or suggestions of how to plug the space in an appealing fashion.
Thank you.

You may want to look here:

I've done business with them and they are reliable. Can get spendy and the CAD software, while pretty easy to use, requires some experience to get the best machine/material/design.

Even if you don't buy anything from them, the software is fun to play with. I use it to make templates for blowholes etc. You can print the design full-size and transfer it to panels or what-not. If you'd like I can send you some stuff I did. You'll need the software to look at it.

Sure PM me and I'll give you an e-mail. I'm trying to make an upsidedown U shape and maybe skull & crossbones akin to the 80mm lasert cut fan grills up and down and across. Or maybe some flames or the tribal style fan grill designs. Maybe something like the skull on the Evil Dead 2 DVD cover.
*edit* wow this stuff is expensive, just fooling around with a basic U shape ended up being about $130.00 usd. Thats a little to crazy, I can do without anything fancy if I can find some black sheet metal and cut it myself or get plexi cut at the hardware store and paint it.
