If I get the DFI Ultra D on Newegg.com, Can you still SLI Mod the Board. If you can't, could you recommend a good board for a reasonable price that is able to do that.

I think the Ultra-D is hard locked now. Just get an SLI-D if you really want SLI, the price of it nowadays aren't that expensive.

I believe you stlill can! The only obstacle you will have is scratching off a bit of that epoxy on both of the contacts.

Do a quick search here but I believe you can still do the mod. It may require a bit more effort clearing the non-conductive material before you short the points together.
