Ok heres the deal .I was doing a mod on my pc I wonted a clear cover for my hard drive so yeap took it apart did everything right put the hard drive in a zip lock bag and put it up. After about a week trying different ways to make a cover out of plaxie glass I finally got what I wonted ended up using the oven getting the plaxie glass hot and forming a offset in the glass to clear needed stuff ok its done so out come the hard drive I put the clear cover on put it in my pc and yeap first thing I get was hard drive read era and my 80 gig never worked again.. But I still mod away on it got led lights hooked up in it and it still spins BUT now I wont try and hook the on board case hard drive led to it so when my new hard drive read and writes the wire to the hard drive led well I wont it to make the arm on my fake drive move like its reading do you know what ide pin I can hook +3v or +5v to trigger the read arm or can you direct me to someone who might know?
