So is anybody watching Defiance? I had really high hopes for another great sifi show after Battle Star ended a while ago and this could be it. The first episode was really good I think, but I am not liking the current direction with whole "law an order" thing where Josh is mostly just solving murders. I feel like I am watching Walker Texas Ranger in 2024.  I hope it takes a more large scale action turn though. I do also like the CGI and effects, they are quite good, but not BSG good. And the alien races are good, but could be better.

So what do you think so far about the show?

So this year I am gonna upgrade my GPU's, my current setup is as follows

1x 6950, runs 2 NEC monitors @ 1920x1200

1x 6570, runs 1 NEC monitor @ 1920x1200 and my TV @1920x1080

I would like to run all 3 NEC monitors off my main card (for gaming) and my TV doesn't need much power so really any card will do.

So far I am thinking of these setups, with the first being my top choice so far.

1. GTX 590 and GTX 550

2. 2x GTX 580

3. GTX 670 and GTX 650 

any ideas or thoughts?

Prices where terrible. 512MB for $160, wow. (yes this pic is from 9gag)

So I was shopping on eBay and happened to find an awesome deal on some damaged B&W speakers and got the lot for under $400, which includes 1 CDM CNT Center channel and 3 CDM 1NT's.  From the ad, the guy said all of the tweeters are damaged and one is missing, but everything else works fine, or so he says  . Also there looks to be some minor costmetic damage as well, but most of it looks like an easy fix and nothing major.  I have done a few speaker repairs before but not on B&Ws. So it should be a fun project and a nice upgrade. Here is a pic from the ad and here is the link if you want to see more

Can't wait to get them in! I was thinking about doing a build log on these. Not sure though.
