I did not see an ambient temperature for the test? I get as good or better temps with a thermalright ultra 120 extreme with a Q6600 at 3.6Ghz in a 76-78f room upstairs...

Without a comparison to a well-known cooler the numbers posted are almost useless. 
"Better than stock" doesn't mean much for $110.

The improvement over the stock cooler is nothing that i expected it to, not worth it imo

I was just upstairs messing with my rigs, one Q6600 has a big typhoon with a yate loon 88 cfm fan on it and it does better than that....

The meatlocker was not used for this review. The ambient was around 75*F.

For some benchmark runs and high OC screenshots yes. 24/7 No!
