I disagree - I'm 5'11" and 165lbs, which is closer to his size and have the polo in L.

Bosco is probably just built differently, broader shoulders, bigger biceps etc but still maintaining the same overall proportions.I don't find the XL much larger then the large itself. Just depends if you want it loose or not but either one would be fine.

I agree with bosco. I am 6'1" 240lbs and the XL fits me perfectly.
