The lifetime warranty usually means that if run to spec (meaning, at or below the maximum voltage), this RAM will be replaced as long as the company is in business. The MHz and timings you set don't usually damage the modules, it's the voltage that can fry your RAM.

As long as they are in business. They can't very well honour the garauntee if they are no longer around. Since OCZ is one of the big performance players I don't think they are going anywhere.
