It sure does! I hope Arctic Cooling launches some cool heatsink for the 2900XT, I'm beginning to get annoyed by the turbine like sounds coming from my rig :P

I like the noise it makes...it reminds me that I'm using more power than normal. :lol:

Warning. This heatsink DOES require good airflow. I run my 1950XT passively, but on some games, it does like to crash. It cools for me at stock temps but with obviously, zero noise :)
