Hi, so I decided that I need to OC my CPU and I've read that overclock from 2.6Ghz to 3.6Ghz and that's a huge difference, however I need a better cooler than my stock one.

I was looking at these two - zalman CNPS5X-Performa and Cooler Master Hyper TX3.

It's hard to find a cooler because some say that zalman is bad, some say cooler master tx3 is bad so I can't decide which to take or maybe are there other coolers around?

I probably need to decrease 10-15°C+.

coolermaster hyper 212+evo $25

can't go wrong with that.

holds my 4ghz i5-760 on 60c using gaming (no matter how long i play it)

i've had the tx3 and the hyper212+evo shaves off a nice 7 to 10c off that tx3, so get that hyper 212+ its a beast.

from stock cooler to the hyper212 it was around 25c decrease in temps, for reference material :)

Hyper 212 evo for 25 bucks? Show me where... Probably shipping will cost more than the cooler itself.

well it doesnt really matter anyway, just buy the hyper 212 and your golden.

its the cheapest best cooler you're gonna get for that bang for buck.

I used a tx3 for about a year and had a decent oc with it, so if the price is right go for it. :)
