Your BIOS settings are fine and memory is set according to manual specifications.  No need to worry about anything else.  After re-reading your first post where you said that CPUz reports your RAM rated at 400Mhz I'm assuming you're referring to the "SPD" tab in CPUz (specifically the JEDEC #3 column).  Unless your memory and motherboard support EPP profiles CPUz might not show you the actual speed and timings your memory is rated for.  In which case, be assured that as long as you have manually adjusted your BIOS memory configuration settings to the parameters specified by the memory mfg. you are good to go.
