ya still got the chat lag bug. I've ran out of ideas. It must be the game like waco said. I just don't understand then why it doesn't happen to everybody on the server?

 
Do you really need the chatbox?  Isn't there a way to disable it in BF3?  I haven't played in a while but I seem to remember that you could press the "H" key and cycle through 2 or 3 choices.

so i've been pressing H as soon as i get in a game and putting chatbox in "hidden" mode. It seems to help, I played like three 1200 ticekt matches and didn't notice any hitching.... maybe its just a placebo effect? maybe its just that i'm not noticing it as much with the chatbox not there lmao. I'm the type of guy that likes to have things running perfect and maybe i notice it more then some. But hey I might as well leave it off anyways. keep me out of trouble too lol.

but in my 4th match today, I was in a server just now. right towards the end of the match i started lagging bad. I put the chatbox back on and it didn't seem to be even directly coinciding with it this time!? And I guess because it was a friday...there were many other non regular players on the server complaining about it also. Happend to all of us i guess at the same time, right at the same time chatbox lag would probably normally occur. its so strange.

Something is wrong with this game, the multiplayer matches just get laggier and laggier as the match goes on for some reason, no matter what settings or how many players. and eventually on ocassion it cause spikes. almost like a memory leak or a connections getting bogged down. Its almost like the server connection effects your fps in this game and its bizarre, very similar to how input lag would gradually get worse the longer you play a game. And i just really don't think it has to do with my ISP or my PC. there something wrong with their coding. maybe it does have to do with the netcode i'm not sure. I hope they fix this eventually. The game itself is amazing, and i would love to buy some expansions for it. But i can't support a broken game, that is dissapointing so many players and had me chasing ghosts on my pc.

the fact origin is getting hacked all the time, ...and the fact i've definitely seen it memory leaking and leaking dwm.exe, which is a known issue, before i reformatted, is very disturbing.

So i installed bc2 in my pc again and guess what.  I get hitching in that game now too after playing a while.
 
It was also very hot in my room and i wonder if i'm having heat issues.   That prolly what killed the other psu and this corsair one is running hot too.    the vid card and NB heatsink especially were scorching hot!   The cpu cooler didnt' even feel warm really.   Should i be concerned?    what can i do here? re apply paste.  should i put a fan on the NB.  how would i do that?
 
i wonder if something is permanently damamged now , like my vid card.   I should of thought about this earlier since my room is always like 80 degrees minimum.   but i figured as long as the cpu temps say under 55 and the gpu was under 70 i would be alright.  but i do game for hours sometimes and maybe its  things overheating...or the mobo thats overheating. The NB idles at 65-70 and under load is 55-60.   and scorching to the touch when idle.
 
the other thing i notice now,  is when i exit to desktop after gaming.   I hear a click in the pc.  what is that?  the gpu breathing a sigh of relief?  the psu downvoting?  a fan changing  speed?   like i exit the game and hear a quick click.   what could that be?
 
I ordered some ram from microcenter, its in the mail. 
If the ram doesn't fix my issue.  I think i'm definitely overheating.   I really think thats what it is now.   any ideas on the best way to cool my pc?   I hope nothing permanently got damaged.  I have been noticing coil whine 
lately  but i was just ignoring it.   I hope my vid card is ok...
 
I can use any advice on what to do here....shit.  I kept thinkgin if it was cpu heat i would just get a better cooler....but now its looking ilke my mobo and vid card getting hot and i don't know how to go about cooling those really.

Should i just get another case fan and have it blow over the NB next to the vid card?

Here is a pic of inside the case same pc i got. http://www.tomshardw...-upgrading-7100 there is no other spots on mobo for pluggin a fan. could i plug one to the power supply. Should i put a small fan on top of that heatsink? would i even be able to fit anything there. would getting water cooling help the vid card and nb chip? thats also the side of the vid card that is xextremely hot. all the heat is in that area. between the case fan and the vid card. should i attach another fan right there just blowing air to the front of case?

 

it might be possible i don't have anything in that PCI Express x1 card slot.  that guy must have a soundcard or something.

 

omfg.  the place where the other sys fan is supposed to be.  is missing.  its not there.  still says it on the board though.  fuck dell screwed me.   I should of build my own lol.   god dammit.  is it possible to put one into the powersupply and just have it blasting at full speed constanlty?

what about something like this to screen in there.    i know it would prolly be better blowing from the front to the back of the case but i don't know how i would mount it there.  I'm thinking i'll jerry rig and squeeze that in between the case fan and vid card and blast it blowing towards the front next to vid card and ove NB>    I assume by plugging it straight to power supply it will just go at the maximum rpms?     http://microcenter.c...sor#tab-specs?

 

or is this just a dumb idea.  I don't know what to do here i'm open to suggestions.  I can't really afford too much money on it.  I appreciate any ideas to better cool the mobo and vid card.

btw i have my fan on 50% and my airconditioner on, and my gpu never went past 58 degrees. and also doesn't feel as hot to the touch. and i was getting bad chatlag.

 

aruging with people in game, that this is a wide spread issue.....as to why there is not even 12 populated 64 man conquest servers, with more then 40 peeps, in all of northamerica, on a friday night.

 

of course they all just started blaming my dell and my cpu. I tried explaining that i've been talking with people who have this issue. I've linked those threads on ea aforums in my post, wiith people from all over the world with the same issue. all types of hardware setups and brands. most guys i've talked to have bought new cpus, mobos, vid cards. still get the issue.

 

I haven't heard people say they've swapped their ram though. unfortunately i'm not even allowed to send messages to other players in battlelog now. i friended a bunch of guys with the issue.....none of them even play the game anymore so i can't touch base with them.  even the guy who got a new mobo and i5 3750 quit bf3.  

 

PC gaming is a fucking disgrace. I think the programmers can't handle multi threads and win 7 64 is garbage. Or hackers have just totally taken over the game. not only was i banned from the forums. I've been getting mysterious crashes, bf3 has stopped working messages, which never happened to me before haha... battlelog said you have been disconnected from ea, but one time it said I have been kicked hahah. maybe ea employees....maybe hackers or hacking admins.

 

I still suspect hackers running the show man. read my thread for some entertainment if anything. If the ram doesn't fix my issue. then i have a network card/network problem. or my account is bugged. and i would prolly need a new account and ip address and mac addresses lmao.

I thought EA or somebody was just trying to hack me since I got banned from the forums, permanently lol,  for posting about the chat lag bug yesterday. I was getting "bf3 has stopped working" when talking too much shit in the chatbox. HAHA I never had that happen to me. At one point after i crashed battelog told me i had been kicked.  fkn phony admins.  threads upon threads of people crashing and getting disconnected yesterday.

 

Apparenlty disabling upnp couldn't stop this one...like i usually tell people to do in this situation. and apparenlty its everyone having problems now...not just me. I sometimes feel the only servers left standing in these computer games are the ones the hackers run. Companies like EA are totally naive.

 

This is one reason i bought a dell.  So they coudln't fry my shit like they did to me one christmas day.  9 times out of 10 if your board fries and you don't overclock it.  you got a virus in your bios.  the other times your psu went lol.

 

This is what killed quake years ago. real talk. been the story in pc gaming for years now. Anyone who denies pc gaming is so unpopular its embarrassing....needs to stop lying to themselves.

 

The reason why games like counterstrike and tf2 are going strong. (compared to other pc games not consoles) is not only because they require less hardware power to run. So are harder to cause errors in, and have less hardware/fps advantages etc.... But because the young crowd believes more in fair play and respect it like a sport (valves autobalance in pubs and community tournament leagues) and they tell hackers to fuck off. They don't pretend they don't exist. People are not fkn dumb, you can tell without documented proof to believe it lol.  its not about being a sore loser.   People who don't believe in fair play with fair teams for more competitiive matches....are suspect. its that simple.

 

BUT BECAUSE OF VALVE. those are the only fps games you can say people actually play. valve is no joke.... unlike companies like ea, id, crytek. They actually give a shit and don't have criminal hackers working for them. leaking codes or acting like scumbags.  steam is 10 times safer then origin.

 

btw i was playing bf3 yesterday with my fan on 50% and my vid card at 50 degrees...my air conditioner on and i still got the chat lag on a 1500 ticket server....heat is not my problem.  unless my vid card is already permanently damaged by some piece of shit hacker.  and least they coudln't fry my dell board and cpu.....

 

 

These companies won't care until these hackers hurt their pockets on consoles.   But when i get a console.  I'm not buying any game associated with these companies.

Its confirmed. My problems in bf3 have to do with hackers and scumbag admins.

 

So since i been banned from ea forums... i had a couple crashes after arguing in the game chat with some nerds. but before i confirmed this i thought i fixed my chat lag problem. someone suggested i overclock my gpu. so i did a slight overlclock to 900/1300. I also overided application settings in ccc for aa/af and tessallation.

 

i wasn't getting chat lag all weekend. Till today....

 

when i decided to lower my resolution and put the in game settings on medium, so i can own more with higher fps and visiablity.. Turns out i was dominating this one server about to get MVP.....and BOOM. CHAT LAG CITY!!!  I've always suspected it only happens when i have a good game...and when i have a shitty game it almost never happens.   Now its fkn confirmed dude.

 

it can't  be a cooncidence anymore. all the people who have this problem. talk alot of shit on forums or in game...or play good. and its not a problem with pb. its hackers and hacker admins. I can't come to any other conclusion. thats why noone is left in this game.   They are selfish and if you are not part of their clique......your irun a high risk  of getting your server shut down...or your pc bugged and hacked.

 

One guy i know who has the same exact problem....is a dude who is really good. and who is always talking shit about ea on the forums. the guy bought a new mobo, and new cpu, a new vid card.....everything. He still has the problem. I think some of thes epeople are EA employees also.

 

And ever since i got banned from forums.....i got a couple crashes to desktop which never happened to me before.  until the day after my ban.   I talked to someone who knows the admins of one partciular server this happened on. They confirmed that they were bragging that i was kicked. But it wasn't the normal boot. They crashed my fkn game. it wasn't through pb or official admin tools. someone prolly hacked my pc.

 

Its to the point i wonder if should just reformat my pc again...and not install origin I think i might even get a virus through origin when bf3 patches me. . Its not crazy to say, because origin is getting hacked every month and people are getting their accoutns stolen. Servers are getting hacked offline and thats why they keep dropping. Only a handful of servers left in this game.  You can assume they are all run by pos hackers. Who knows if some ea employees are even invovled.

 

 I mean this happened to me in quakelive once My account got bugged so i would crash every other game...until a russian dude gave me a script to use as a bookmarklet to stop it. They couldn't prove i was hacking...cause i never cheated in a video game in my life.   and I kept talking shit about the community on the forums.    Eventually they got me banned when some girl kept claiming i was stalking her.   Some chick i deleted off my facebook who i didn't even think would care,  that then formed a vendetta agianst me LMAO.   true story.   and she was a russian hacker,  involved with the community for years since she was 10.  

 

I think the only way to fix my problem would be a full format....and a new ip address...a new mac address and new origin account. 

 

PC gaming is fucking dead.....and anyone who disagrees is severely delusional or suspect.   People can think it serves me right.  But this happens on a daily basis to people.....

no offense,   but nobody in their right mind would build a pc to play video games nowadays....   I should of just kept my p4 to play  tf2 and lol while waiting for the new consoles to come out.     the people with the pcs to play these expensive games with new game engines.....are.....
