I'd recommend a HD 7850, after I replaced the TIM on mine, overclocked at 1250mV's it never went past 57C during load and was silent with the fan speed at 43% at its max on auto.

 

Power consumption was pretty good, too (don't have the data with me atm), but here's a link at stock compared to other cards: http://www.guru3d.co...c_review,6.html

 

It also performs better or worse than that of a GTX 580, depending on the game. Overclocks pretty well, too.
