The H100i outperforms the H80i in most situations (I say most before someone jumps on here quoting an obscure benchmark and states I'm wrong ). If it's as little as a $5 difference I'd go for the H100i (Providing you have space for the rad)

Processor AMD FX-6100 Hex-core, 3.3GHz > Intel Pentium M 2.0GHz Single-core, 2.0GHz

Memory 8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz > Hyinx 1.5GB DDR2 667MHz
Graphics Radeon HD7770 + Radeon HD5570 > ATi Mobility Radeon X600 400MHz Core
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 Socket AM3+ > OEM Latitude D810 Motherboard Socket 479
Storage Seagate Barracuda 2TB SATA 7200.14 > Western Digital 80GB IDE 5400RPM
Power Supply Cooler Master Elite ATX 500W > OEM Dell Power Supply 90W

According to Thermaltake's site and a few reviews I have read yes I will have the space for  240 mm Rad setup. My case is the Thermaltake Overseer RX-I . Though I have read of some Rad's that are too thick, I believe the

H110i will fit nicely.

As you mentioned for $5.00 I may as well go for the extra bang for the buck route.

Thanks again for all your time and support.
