Hi guys.
I have an Arctic Sound P531 headset which the microphone has blown out and no longer works. I'm wondering if anyone knows of some super-secret email address or some tin can and string line I can use to contact Arctic Sound. If I google "Arctic Sound rma" or "Arctic Cooling RMA" I get redirected to this flowchart which seems like an extremely cheap attempt at squirming their way out of any responsibility.
Any help welcome, Thanks!
Anyone ever RMA'd to Arctic or Arctic Sound

I bought it off Amazon UK and the dealer is referring me back to Arctic Cooling which is annoying.
