Unless you're overclocking a 3930K, you don't really need to watercool your motherboards. ASUS boards for the 1155 line for overclocking handle the VRM temperatures well enough.

So expensive... what are you wanting the Deluxe version over a -V or a -V Pro version? Also, no need for a Z77 over a Z68/Gen3 if you can save money. Handles Ivy Bridge CPU's just fine.

There ya go. Save $113. Never had any problems with Open Box ASUS cards. Funny thing is, I had problems with new P67 boards. All the boards I currently use are either used or gotten from Open Box.

If you're not overclocking, no, you don't need an aftermarket cooler. However, for decent overclocking or quieter operation I would still suggest getting the CM 212 Evo for $25.

Uhhhh... The 3820 is a 2011 socket CPU.. Z77/68 board are 1155 socket boards. Trying to cramp 2011 pins into an 1155 socket there?

2011 CPUs aren't compatible with Z77 boards. The 3570K are.

I don't fancy the GPU choice, mainly 'cause it uses reference cooling. I'd get an ASUS 7950 DirectCU II instead.

And also, you forgot an SSD! How can you forget about the SSD!
I'd get the Vertex4 256GB if I could afford one.

Agree with Vandread on the following:

• Go with the 3570K instead or just a plain 3570 since you won't be overclocking ...not just because you need 1155 CPU but also because I don't think you need more than that as the more expensive chips only help in big number crunching calculations. I mean if you are doing 3D Rendering, CAD or something like that, feel free to mention that.
• Get a SSD. I'm not brand picky, pretty much all of them are good. Find the best deal you can get.
• I too would get a better video card brand then the one you selected. I would go with a ASUS, Gigabyte or Sapphire for a 7950 ...probably in that order.

My Additional Stuff:

• Why the fan controller? I find them to be a waste and if not hooked up correctly it can cause more harm than good. If you're not overclocking than needing that level of micromanagement seems a bit much. Though its definitely personal preference so just ignore me if you really want it.
• I would go with a HX750 instead of the AX model - much cheaper and still a very solid unit. Unless you run that PSU for like 7 years you probably won't save enough on your electric bill to justify the cost premium.
• That is a very expensive HDD. I would go with WD Blue or a Samsung Spinpoint or Seagate Barracuda. If you don't have a huge library to store your machine you could probably get by just fine with a 256GB SSD, save money and have a faster, quieter drive. Sure you lose on disk space but once you go full on SSD, you won't accept substitutes.

Haha Lol!! i just saw the price tag on the CPU and not the socket so yeah here is the cpu i picked out.

This cpu is not only LGA 1155 to fit the board, but im also going with the 3770k cause it inly $50 more than the 3820 anyways. Yes i know i can save $100 and still get the i5. that idea is still not out the window yet.

I found this gigabyte HD 7950 for $299 and the Saphire dual x HD 7970 $399, again i know another hundred dollars, and again this 7950 will probably be the choice that i'll go with.

Ho9wever i still want this HDD just for cheaper price and more storage space. http://www.amazon.co...10&keywords=HDD i have had laptop with 500GB for almost two years now and it is half full. so istill have aload space on that and will probably never use the last 250GB, but you never know.

I thought about it and your right Fogel. So i ditched the fan controller. now i have more space for water cooling that i dont need and dont have the money for lol!! So let me know what you guys think about these things. And im still not sure about the MOBO. It doesnt seem right.

i know it supports sli. but does it also support Crossfire? and would i have to buy an extra network card for lan and bluetooth?
