Today I came back from work, started my computer to find out that the 4 USB 3.0 closest to the top of the case are dead and they were working perfectly well yesterday.
Anybody got a suggestion.
My mobo is already at the latest Bios.

WOW the guy that created that guide deserves a damn AWARD!!!!
It solved the problem perfectly.
So if anybody else has this problem with this motherboard the guide is found at the link I submitted.
I think that guide should be included in the OCC website or this Thread kept as a sticky.

Well bad news, the USB ports on the back keep stopping to work randomly.
I opened a ticket with ASUS telling them that I don't want this motherboard anymore as this problem is really getting out of hand.
I asked them to replace it with a Maximus V Formula (Z77 which still costs less than my Maximus IV Extreme-Z).
I'll see what comes out of this.

^^ Why Z77 formula? You have said it yourself that you knows it costs less than extreme-z.
