Crucial M4 128GB $129.99 with free shipping at Newegg with Promo Code: EMCYTZT1401

Uses the Marvell 9174 BLD2 controller with Micron 25nm ONFi 2 NAND. Make sure the firmware is at 0309, or have it flashed to it if it isn't. A great drive at a good price. While there are faster SSD's out there for benchmarks, in real world usage, it does just as good as the top SSD's out there.

That is a great buy on a super SSD. I've been using Crucial SSDs, and as Cap points out, they may not be the fastest, but they are reliable and trouble free.

It's a 128Gb SSD though, not 120Gb. Even better.

Highly recommended SSD.

This is a STEAL and if anyone ever wanted to buy an SSD this is one worth grabbing. As the others have mentioned benchamrks might not look all that great but in the real world the difference between the fastest SSD and the alowest is very hard to notice and all of them demolish spindle drives!

Benchmark's not great? Mine performs a nice bit above spec and faster than any of the reviews I've seen of it.. I snagged mine late in the day when Newegg had all three models near $1/GB. Lovely bit of kit at that price!

Keep an eye out throughout the day. If anyone cancels their order they'll be up again for a short time.

Sweet deal, $1/GB is always welcome when it comes to SSDs!

I can't wait for 500GB SSDs to become affordable. I want one for my laptop but I like having a mobile command center (right now running a 750GB HDD).
