Can anyone with a Radeon HD 7950 run 3Dmark vantage @ 1100MHZ core clock for me?

Do you mean 29,000? According to Guru3D it takes an ASUS Mars II (2x GTX580s) to best 39,000 GPU points, so I don't think your going to get close at any clock setting until you throw a second 7950 in there.

I would run it if I had a 7950, but I'm still chillin' with my 5870 lol

Actually a HD 7950 can pull off 28k stock.. My last HD 6870 crossfireX @ 1000MHZ did 33.1k
Yeah, I just thought you might have made a typo writing 39,000. The scores on that Guru3D link were 26.9k for a stock 7950 and 28.6k for the factory OC'd MSI card. 29,000 sounded more reasonable for your overclocking goals. I don't think you're going to get quite as high as 39k, but the 79xx cards are OC beasts, you're sure to get a good bump from those clocks.
Here's another Guru3D article that has a 7950 @ 1150 core / 1575 mem scoring 33.8k
Thats probably as far as I could recommend going (they had to bump the voltage too)

You'll probably get somewhat similar performance compared to your old 2x 6870's but without the crossfire driver problems.
