Hello all.I am new to this site ,and i have a few questions.
I have a dell precision 670 with 2 intel xeons irwindale 3.0 ghz,4 gb ram and 8600gt video board.80 gb hdd ( for the moment).
I updated the bios to latest version,and i ask you,is it possible to overclock this machine?
Also,can it support 800 mhz ecc memory?

welcome to OCC! also no you cannot overclock it in it's curent state. dell locks the motherboard bios from overclocking. also normally xeons by default are on a platform of stability not for experimenting.

Welcome to OCC. No you can't OC as its been said since most of the prebuilt machines have the bios options for overclocking shadowed. as to 800mhz memory I am not sure.
