(please turn the 720p quality on)
My graphic card is R6950 MSI Twin Frozr II 2048mb. I don't overlock her.
I have the newest version of AMD drivers...

Which driver specifically? The 12.2 preview works for me but the 12.2 precertified does what yours does.
Actually I have 12.2 preview, but I've had 12.1 and older and it hasn't helped me.

Actually I just looked at the video for the first time. I assumed you were talking about something else...those shadows are actually normal.
+1
The shadows in Skyrim (even on Ultra) are so jagged and low resolution that they produce that shimmering-ish effect when they are moving. I don't know about the second game, but it looks normal to me too.

But it's not all. Look at the previous movie. (at that car). Look at the shadows under the car.
And in BF BC2 textures are loading (there is not tree and it appear).
In BF3 I have problem too. Have a look:
Thanks

Man these spammers are geniuses...put (NO SPAM) in the thread title to hide the spam. It's brilliant. Hopefully this doesn't catch on...what if rapists wear signs that say (NOT A RAPIST)? They will be raping everybody! D:
