I changed some settings in my router, but have since reset it a few times and reinstalled windows and it still works fine...

I always have trouble getting people to stay connected. BP and I used to play with my brother and a buddy in Atlanta but we always had issues where it would drop one of the people playing and not save their progress seemingly at random.

I've never really had much issue with gamespy, its a pain sometimes but once you're friended it seems to work well.

Yeah, I've never had connection issues either. It is annoying that you have to friend separately though.

when you guys play co-op are you the greedy looter or the helpful sharing looter?

I either only take something that's a clear upgrade and for my class or I just ignore everything completely, playing co-op for the enjoyment and experience, not for the loot.

I run for all the lootboxes but I don't take it unless its a low item and I know no one else can use it or I can use it.

Though there are so many lootboxes around that usually other people get to as I do.

BL2 Gameplay with Randy Pitchford interview: http://www.gamespot....tchford20120828

It's a little over an hour long, but it's actually pretty sweet so you may want to at least have it on in the background.

Sections of note, if you want to skip around:
~13:30 - Character customization options: discussion on respeccing and customization; imagery of various character skins/heads.
~18:40 - Weapon View: Randy confirms it's the PC version, but they're using 360 controllers; shows off the new "weapon view" to zoom in on weapon models and the built-in screenshot feature.
~55:30 - First look at the Mechromancer: character model is in-game, but it is untextured; skill tree is incomplete; view model is of Maya's hands; very quick glance at Deathtrap, also incomplete.

Other things to note (that I forgot the position of):
Grenades can have multiple attributes: I believe this is shown shortly after the 18:40 Weapon View mark, but don't recall exactly. One example is a "sticky longbow incendiary transfusion" grenade, which also, according to the description, spawns six child grenades! Holy Crap! Nades in BL1 were kind of boring...halfway through the game you've seen them all. BL2 nades are going to rock!
Shared Stash confirmed: each player profile will have their own shared stash so you can easily transfer class-specific items to your other characters
Player Trading: they didn't show it, but there is a trading feature between players now.

Was an awesome video, also turns out Randy and I play Borderlands the same way.

This is why I like to play solo:

Guys i wanted to pre-order the game but couldn't because it says the game is not available in my country, and i cant seem to find borderlands 2 in the steam store.

Its all fine although i really wanted to pre-order it, but the problem is now that i was wondering, If it happens that i buy the game retail, and activate it on my current owned account, will it register ? or give me are restriction problems or whatsoever ?

Have a look at how the price stacks up for you if you buy from neoseeker.gametap
Might end up being cheaper than your retail prices.

Man these spammers are geniuses...put (NO SPAM) in the thread title to hide the spam.  It's brilliant.  Hopefully this doesn't catch on...what if rapists wear signs that say (NOT A RAPIST)?  They will be raping everybody! D:

Problem is I live in Lebanon, most companies refuse Lebanese credit cards. Even buying online and shipping stuff here is impossible i'm afraid. I can only order online through amazon.com, only online store that actually takes my creditcard.

But still, if i manage to get the game ( regardless of how or where ), If i manage to get it will i be able to register it on steam and play ?
