That is the type of thing you could mount in a SFF case on the VESA mount of your monitor and almost forget it was even there.
Then again something like a lowend i3 technically has 2x (or more) the graphics power just from the integrated Intel GPU, but if you REALLY need something as small as you can go for a HTPC or older game machine then this would be pretty sweet.
