I want to do some comparative tests but I wonder whether there are settings in my bios so I could do these tests :

1 core 2 thread @5GHz
2 core 4 thread @5GHz
4 core 4 thread @5Ghz
1 core 1 thread @ 5GHz
2 core 2 thread @5GHz

Would be cool to see this comparison if I get it right.

I didn't mean to use the D word, I meant uhhh... configuring some settings limit the number of Mhz your CPU runs at.... th... that sounds better right?

Would be cool to see this comparison if I get it right.

I know you can do the 'affinity' thing in the task manager but I'm not sure how accurate that is.

So the Cube and I went out to the breezeway tonight, 41F = 5C Ambient temps :evilgrin:

5.4GHz = 3.895secs :woot:
