Been a long time since I've used an ECS board. Seeing a review of this board might renew my opinion of em. :)

i must say i am always excited for AMD products over Intel.
im not sure why, maybe its just hardwired into my brain.

I'm looking into an AM3 890GX mobo, got my eye on an Asus.. I wonder how this will compete..

If it's most of the features at a fairly reduced price, I'd say it will compete just fine. :thumbsup:

I really wanted the newer P55 version they came out with in August...but man did you see the price tag? 299.00 over the current 94.00 version of P55 I have....ouch

It's a nice looking board (love the color scheme!) but if the pricing is like the other new Black Series boards they are pricing themselves WAY too high. When I think ECS I don't think $300 motherboards. :lol:
