It's the decisions you make when you have no time to make them that define who you are.

I think I heard something like this awhile back, definitely pretty awesome if its gonna be any good.

Borderlands is/was awesome, hopefully they treat it right.

If you see the cops - LEAVE.

If the cops are coming - Don't be there.
If you show up and the cops are already there - DISAPPEAR.
Anyplace the cops are and you aren't, is a good day

After all the years I am pretty sure the game wont live up to the hype. The good thing though is that it will get the franchise started again, and hopefully we will get a truly epic Duke game eventually.

I am so skeptical about the game being as good as the past games. I remember playing Duke Nukem back in the day, I had to goto a friends house and play it because my mom wouldn't let me play it at home lol.. We will see, from the sound of it they are just polishing off the game 3D realms had made. I am hoping it lives up to the hype.

Yeah, though I think Gearbox had a bit of work to do considering it wasn't that completed when they took over. Though to bang it out in a year or so is quite impressive.

I remember playing Duke Nukem at my friend's dad's work. His dad would take the two of us there and we'd get set up on their LAN and just play multiplayer for a few hours every so often. Such great fun.

And here I was thinking that DNF would stay true to its name and forever be vaporware.

this dev cycle was a year or less, so I'm pretty sure 3d Realms had a LOT done when they called it quits.

Ayn Rand is the author for people who want to act like complete douche-bags, but don't have the balls to just admit that they are douche-bags.
"There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old's life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs."

They did, it just wasn't polished.
