With the way you talked about it and the mediocre test results, I would have expected a lower score.

There's more to the award than just performance scores. From the standpoint of the web interface, the feature set, and the ability of the unit to recover from a hard drive failure as well as the RAID expansion/migration features, I would feel very comfortable using this unit in my home or business. What held it back, scor-wise, were the performance numbers. However, given the totality of what the N4100PRO has to offer, I feel the award is justified especially given the price of the unit.
