At $70, just about everyone can afford DirectX 11 capabilities as provided by the PowerColor Radeon HD 5550 - http://www.overclock...radeon_hd_5550/

metro2033 absolutely murders this card
, but its kinda expected when the "recomended" specs are GTX 260 and "optimum" are GTX470 / 480
very surprised it beats the 5570 in some of the tests

This may not be the ultimate gaming card but for someone who needs a pretty reasonable video card to use in a work computer at a really decent price, then this is certainly a fine card.
And you would still be able to play quite a few games on it as well.
