I actually use v3.0 which is outdated now, but its been great and its FAR less intrusive as the 2009 version was, that had all sorts of startup applications and registry modifications going on in it. For a few years now i've use Speedupmypc 3.0 to scan and remove junk, then i run Tuneup Utilities 2009 to remove unnecessary system backups, Misk junk which SUMP didn't get, then do a 1 click maintenance scan and everything runs nice and smooth.
