Heatsink for an i5

What's the best heatsink, with fan(s) included, for an i5 around $45?

Take a look at the Scythe Mugen 2, you can probably find it for even less than $40 too.

Yeah, it is a beast of a heatsink. With the extra $10 dollars, I suggest you get another 120 mm fan to do a push-pull combo on the heatsink.
