Agreed, the ASUS one is really nice. I'm also liking the alternating memory slots on it, good to see something different from the norm on the AMD side. Now, to see what the rest of the 800 series will have to offer.

The Asus is a nice board. For the last couple of weeks I've been running a a locked 550 C3 as a quad core at 4050MHz with 8GB of memory at 1800MHz, CAS8.
So the unlock feature worked for you as well. Thats nice to hear!

There were some bumps in the road early on but now the feature is really solid. I've asked for some improvements to C1E and some additional info displayed in the BIOS. Other then this my suggested to-do list is pretty much done.So the unlock feature worked for you as well. Thats nice to hear!
