How is it possible to get such bad values with this 5770 card. Unbelievable

Not every chip can be able to give 120% of their stock speed. I am willing to bet that MSI sent them a cherry-picked GPU (one determined by MSI to be a ridiculously powerful card) to review. Its rather common for these high-end cards to be singled out for reviewers so that the general public can see the capabilities and feel confident when they purchase them. nVidia board makers and Intel are VERRRRY well known for this, but nVidia has recently had problems cherry-picking from their working chips. How is it possible to get such bad values with this 5770 card. Unbelievable
For example though, I got one of the Vapor-X 5770s reviewed here on the site. I have a little extra cooling on it and I still have problems reaching the OC that we got here.
