That never happensI think you got a bad batch, other reviewers seem to be clocking the 620 around 3.5-3.8ghz

I'd be interested to see how the 550 and the perform vs one another (identical clocks and in the cases where 4 cores are used, the 550 could be overclocked to the max)

Well then i dont know why AJ's chip didn't clock as high. I guess instead of batch i should say dud? But that doesn't take away from the quality of the review...excellent review AJThat never happens

yes , i agree with you dan , and do not forget about x3 710I think I'd rather have the x2 550 for this price, but I guess if you needed the cores but didn't have the cash than that's where this processor shines.
