Nice review, alittle sad it didn't give the 275 a better run for the money but still it did alot better than I thought it would.
Nvidia has to fix their names, I thought the 275 would be worse than the 280.
Anyway, a 4890 outperforms a 280 and is $50 or more cheaper.

It's the decisions you make when you have no time to make them that define who you are.

but they already had the 4850x2 for that, though in crossfire these 4890s SCREAM. Let's hope for a 4890x2Nvidia has to fix their names, I thought the 275 would be worse than the 280.

That review made me confused in Left 4 Dead at 1680 X 1050 the GTS 250 was the third best card getting beat by just the GTX 285 and the 4890 beating out cards that are 3 times the price, then at 1920 X 1200 its the second highest performing card only being beat out by the GTX 295? I think either they goofed or something is messed up.
But after looking at reviews if you are looking for cards in that price range it will be a tossup between the 275 and the 4890. Thats saying that the price of the 275 is indeed $259, only $10 more than the 4890. But the 275 is looking like the better deal cuz you can always take that copy of Call of Duty and sell it on ebay for $20.

Don't Hold hope for a 4890x2, the power consumption is too high on a single card to do it. Shame thou it scales really well in x2

According to reports, the new card will have both GPUs running at least at 1 GHz core clock speed
. Depending on the SKU, customers should be seeing 2 GB and 4 GB cards.
I wonder how expensive it will be
