I'm looking for a decent laser printer for the office, what do you guys recommend?
We've got an OKI C5150N here thats about 5-6 years old thats finally crapping the bed. We aren't going to get it fixed It literally takes 60 seconds to "warm up", longer if your printing color It jams all the time It just desperately needs to be replaced... We're looking at about $400. B&W this time around 30PPM minimum Multifunction is a plus (at least a copy function) I was looking at this: Dell 2335dn Multifunction Laser Printer It looks look a pretty darn decent printer. IMO the best laser printers are made by HP. Maintenance on them is definitely less expensive than Samsung, Brother, etc.

Def get one that is full duplex (double sided printing) I think dell's full duplex printers are ones with 'dn' after the model.

If the model has "dn" on the end it means it does duplexing and is network ready.

I just bought a Brother HL-5250DN, hopefully it works out.

We had a brother laser printer at work, and needless to say I wanted to office space that thing on many occasions. We finally got rid of it and got an hp. Much happier with the hp.

Well, we needed something and it seemed to get pretty decent reviews.
*shrug* I also picked up a 256 stick for $25... Honestly, the best laser I've EVER used was the Samsung we had @ circuit city, in over 2 years of operation we jammed the thing once. I've also had a great track record with HP, the IBM color laser we had however was the biggest pile of crap I've ever seen.

I think there is reason large corporations (and the public sector, at least here) tend to use HP.
I don't think I have really seen anything but in any serious print room.
